Sour Soup with Beef

First cut the green onion and white onion, I prepared a mandarin duck pot, pour some cooking oil on the side, add garlic slices and white onion and fry until fragrant.

Pour in the right amount of water on the other side. After sauteing in the pot, pour in the yellow lantern chili sauce and stir fry to get the fragrance.

After the boiled water boils, add the washed enoki mushrooms to blanch, pour an appropriate amount of water on the other side, cover and boil.

Remove the enoki mushrooms and put them in a bowl, then pour the fat beef into the scald and remove them, so that the sour soup will not become cloudy. On the other side, add a little salt, light soy sauce, white vinegar, and sugar to taste.

The fat beef is transferred to the sour soup and can be fished out after boiling it.

Spread the enoki mushrooms on the bottom of the bowl, put the fat beef on the top, pour the soup, and sprinkle the chopped green onion to get it done.
