Sour Water Potato Chips

Peel and slice potatoes, mince kimchi.

Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the minced chili and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in potato chips and stir fry.

Pour in sour water and stir well.
5.
Add the right amount of boiling water.
6.
Season with a pinch of salt.
7.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. I like crunchy ones and the burning time is short.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the plate and eat.

The hot and sour tastes great!
Tips:
The kimchi was brought back from my hometown during the Chinese New Year. Those who don’t have pickled peppers can use wild mountain pepper or vinegar instead.
