South Braised Pork Trotters
1.
Wash ginger, peel and slice;
2.
Wash and chop the chives for later use;
3.
Wash the trotters;
4.
Make water in the pot and put in the trotters;
5.
Remove blood foam after the water boils;
6.
Add seasonings except sugar and chives to the pot and boil again;
7.
Pour the trotters and soup into the pressure cooker and press for 1 hour and 30 minutes;
8.
Pour the trotters and soup back into the pot, add granulated sugar and stir-fry until the juice is collected, then it can be out of the pot.
