Southern Fried Tofu

Cut the tofu into rectangular slices and put it on a plate for later use.

Put the tofu in a saucepan and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown.

Shovel out and load into the tray for later use.

Leave a little oil in the original pot and saute the pot with green onion, ginger and garlic.
5.
Add fresh soup, add tofu, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and vinegar.
6.
Change to low heat and simmer until the soup is almost exhausted.
7.
Just pick up the pot and put it on the plate.
8.
Just pick up the pot and put it in the pan.
