Cut off the tail of the enoki mushroom, wash it, and cut it with scissors. Save the cuts into a pile

Boil some water in a pot, add some salt, and scald the enoki mushrooms to remove them. Squeeze out the water for use

Chop the garlic and dried chilies and place them on top of the enoki mushrooms

Heat more oil to dry the ginger, when the ginger is brown. Sprinkle ginger oil on top of dried chili and minced garlic

Then spoon in the chicken powder and light soy sauce, stir and stir to serve. I hope today’s dish will be to your appetite.
