Southern Pork

Cut the pork belly into large pieces

Boil in water, add the auxiliary ingredients (ginger, green onion, garlic, bay leaves, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, star anise, cooking wine) and pork belly and cook for about 15 minutes

Remove the pork belly and put it in ice water or cold boil! Too cold

Now it’s time to make the marinade. Take 5 red cubes with some juice, add some sugar and cooking wine, I add some soybean paste myself, mash the fermented bean curd and stir it evenly!

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, dip the pork slices in the marinade, and put them on the plate one by one, and add the remaining marinade together!

Spread some scallions and ginger on the steamer, steam for 90 minutes, it's done!
