Soy Bean Sprouts Mixed with Chili

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash soybean sprouts and remove roots; cut green and red peppers, onions, ginger and garlic into thin strips and put them in a container.

Wash the dried shrimps and place them on top of the ingredients.

Mix soy sauce and salt into a juice, and pour it on the bean sprouts.

Give it a little stir.

Cover with microwave plastic wrap and pierce several small holes with toothpicks.

Put it in the microwave oven and ding it on medium heat for one and a half minutes; take it out and mix it, then put it in the oven and ding it for one and a half minutes.

Pour white vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and mix well.
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of vinegar to keep vitamin B2 irreducible.
2. The cooking process should be rapid, or use oil to fry quickly, or take out the seasoning immediately after a little bit of boiling water.
