Soy Chicken Feet

Remove the nails of the chicken feet, wash, and cut in half; soak the soybeans in advance.

Put the chicken feet in a pot and blanch the water to remove the blood. Remove and put in the pressure cooker and put in the soybeans, ginger slices, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, garlic cloves, and a small amount of water. Press for 20 minutes.

Pour it into a wok over high heat to collect the juice. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili. For adults, you can add some dark soy sauce.
