Soy Milk Sago
1.
Wash the soybeans.
2.
Soak in cold water. The soaking time is not unique, it can be 5 to 8 hours. It is not necessary to soak.
3.
Put the soaked soybeans into the cup of the soymilk maker, and add water to between the upper and lower water level marks.
4.
Put the machine head into the cup and plug in the power cord.

If the soybean milk maker is powered on, if you operate it directly on the machine, select the "hot drink area" and then select the "dry and wet beans" button to start it. The production time takes 25 minutes.
6.
Use this time to cook sago. Boil the water, boil the sago in the pot, stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pot.
7.
Put the cooked sago in cold boiling water to cool too much.
8.
Put an appropriate amount of sago into a bowl.
9.
Add appropriate amount of soy milk, stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. If you make an appointment to make soy milk, you should use dried beans. Soybeans do not need to be soaked.
2. During the production process of the machine, the temperature is high, and water vapor emerges from the mouth of the cup. Please do not get too close to prevent scalding.
3. When boiling sago, put the sago into the pot after boiling, and don't soak it in advance.
4. The boiled sago is eaten directly, so use cold boiled water to cool it down.
5. If you like sweetness, you can add some sugar or honey.
6. If you like a cooler taste, you can put the sago dew in the refrigerator before eating.
