Soy Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), soybeans (soaked)

Wash the soaked soybeans.

Put the blanched ribs and the washed soybeans into the pressure cooker, and add some water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.
8.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
