Soybeans are the king of beans and are called "plant flesh". It has the effects of supplementing calcium, iron, lowering blood sugar, lowering lipids, preventing cancer, protecting the heart, preventing cardiovascular diseases, and enhancing the body's immune function. Soy Roast Pork Feet

1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in cold water for 5 hours.

2. Cut the trotter into small pieces, wash and soak in cold water for 1 hour.

3. Boil the trotters with cold water and remove the water to drain.

4. Start the frying pan, fry the aniseed in the pan, fry the green onion and ginger into the pan and stir fragrant.

5. Stir-fry the pig's trotters.

6. Stir-fry with sweet noodle sauce.

7. Stir fry with soy sauce.

8. Stir-fry with cooking wine.

9. Stir-fry with sugar. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook. Stir fry in due course.

10. After 20 minutes, the soaked soybeans are cooked in the pot. In the meantime, stir fry at the right time.

11. Cook until the ingredients are 9 minutes cooked, add salt, fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook, and stir fry at the right time.
Cook until the trotters are boneless, and the soybeans are soft and ready to serve.

Tips:

1. Soaked soybeans are easier to cook after being cooked.
2. When firing, boil the pot on a high fire, then simmer it slowly, the dishes will taste better.
3. Cooking in a pressure cooker can save time, but the taste will be discounted.
