Soy Roast Pork Feet

Wash the soybeans and soak them in cold water for 5 hours.

Cut the trotter into small pieces, wash and soak in cold water for 1 hour.

Tips:
1. Soaked soybeans are easier to cook after being cooked.
2. When firing, boil the pot on a high fire, then simmer it slowly, the dishes will taste better.
3. Cooking in a pressure cooker can save time, but the taste will be discounted.
