Soy Sauce Cake

1. Add 300g flour to 160g water and knead it into a dough, let it rest for a while

2. Put 10g of cooked sesame seeds into a fresh-keeping bag, use a rolling pin to press into sesame powder for later use

3. 10g sweet noodle paste, 10g June fragrant bean paste mixed

4. 10g Pixian bean paste, chopped with a knife and set aside

5. Put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pot (the amount you usually need for cooking), put the star anise and pepper, heat it on a low heat, fry the flavor and remove the pepper and star anise.

6. Pour 10g of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry for a good flavor

7. Pour the other two sauces and continue to fry for a while, be careful that the flying oil splashes on your hands

8. Pour in 130g of water, the amount of water can be adjusted according to your own preferences, the sauce should not be too thick, otherwise it will be difficult to brush on the cake

9. After boiling, add sesame powder and cumin powder and stir

10. Add appropriate amount of sugar

11. Stir fry to the extent of porridge, turn off the heat and set aside. My sauce is darker, I didn’t dare to put too much chili sauce

12. Take out the loose dough and divide it into two parts

13. Take one portion and roll it into a dough sheet, brush a layer of vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder

14. Picture cut four knives

15. Stack up from one end, as shown in the figure

16. I won’t describe it, just look at the picture

17. Pinch all around

18. Knead it in the middle to form a circle, close the mouth downward, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round pie

19. Put it in the pot, it’s okay if you don’t level it, some wrinkles are also good

20. Seared on medium heat until golden on both sides, brush with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions

21. Diced

22. Loading

23. Began to eat

Tips:

1. The color of my sauce is a bit dark. I didn’t put too much red oil in Pixian Doubanjiang. I’m not afraid of spicy food, but I can put it in more. Adjust it according to my preference.
2. The sweet noodle sauce can be replaced with garlic chili sauce
3. The ratio of the three sauces is 1:1:1
4. The water in the fried sauce can be adjusted according to your needs
