Soy Sauce Cake

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour and mix it into a dough as shown in the figure, and let the dough stand for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan, add oil, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add bean paste and garlic paste and stir-fry on low heat to get the red oil, then add a small spoonful of light soy sauce, stir fry a few times, and take out.

Tips:
Cut the crust on both sides, don’t cut into sections in the middle. The reason for folding in half is that the cake is made with multiple layers.
