Soy Sauce Chicken

The chicken makes a few cuts with a knife and puts it into the container,

Pour in oyster sauce, sprinkle in a few slices of ginger, and marinate for more than half an hour

Put the marinated chicken in a steamer and steam it for about half an hour

Take out the steamed chicken and tear it into pieces

Heat in a frying pan, fry the fragrant ginger, pour a little light soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion to make a sauce
