Soy Sauce Chicken

Vegetarian chicken cut into 1cm thick slices

Fry until the surface slightly discolors bubbles. Sheng out and spare.

Add green onion, garlic, star anise and pepper to fry until fragrant.

Add red pepper and black bean sauce and stir fry.
5.
Add vegetarian chicken and stir well.
6.
Add clean water without any ingredients, bring to a boil, and turn to low heat.
7.
The soup thickens out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't fry the vegetarian chicken too dry, it will affect the taste.
