I don’t know how to make fish bubbles, and I didn’t find them here. I just made them by myself.

Soy Sauce Fish Bubbles

1. Wash the fish bubbles and remove the black ones

2. Cut the fish bubble

3. Cut ginger and garlic

4. Rapeseed oil heating

5. Add ginger, garlic, star anise, add fish bubble, soybean paste and rice wine, finally add garlic, and cook

6. Out of the pot
