Soy Sauce Fried Rice

Cut the grilled sausages, carrots and cabbage into small cubes for later use. It doesn’t matter if there is no grilled sausage. You can use minced meat or ham to dice. The choy sum can be replaced with other green vegetables. It is all personal preference.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, medium heat, stir-fry the sausage first

Add the rice, add a little water, stir fry until the rice is dispersed, add the seafood soy sauce and MSG. I didn't add salt, and used soy sauce to control the saltiness.

Tips:
The ingredients are diced, and the order of cooking is based on the degree of maturity; after adding the rice, you need to add a little water, otherwise it will be easy to paste the bottom; it is better to control the whole taste with the saltiness of soy sauce, if you don't like it, you can use salt instead; it is recommended to use medium and low heat throughout the process.
