Once there was only leftover rice and some vegetables at home, and I fried it with soy sauce. My husband said it was delicious. . . It’s summer, and I don’t want to prepare a lot of dishes, so simply stir-fry leftover rice and vegetables to eat~~

Ingredients

Soy Sauce Fried Rice

1. Dice mushrooms, carrots, and onions, if you have other vegetables, you can also dice together

2. The dark soy sauce is more flavorful and the color is darker, so I prepared light soy sauce

3. Be sure to use overnight rice. First mix the rice with light soy sauce. According to the amount of rice, I used three spoons. As long as there is soy sauce on the rice grains, it’s fine, not too much.

4. Because the carrots are relatively hard, I will fry them softly

5. After the carrots are soft, put the diced mushrooms and diced onions into the pot

6. After the rice is in the pot, it must be stir-fried continuously. I added some water to prevent it from sticking.

Tips:

1. In order to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan, I added a little water, but the rice will be softer after it is out of the pan. Although it will stick to the pan without adding water, the rice will be hard and taste better after being out of the pan~~
2. In addition, it would be better to add some chopped green onion when it comes out of the pot (I am because there is no chopped green onion at home...)
