Soy Sauce Fried Rice

Clean the garlic sprouts and control the water

Cut into small dices, put in a bowl and set aside

Heat the pot and add cooking oil. Break up the eggs, fry the eggs over a low fire, and set aside for later use.

Put a little cooking oil, add green onion and ginger foam until fragrant when the oil is hot, pour in garlic sprouts and stir fry. After the garlic sprouts change color, pour in rice, stir fry, and add a little hot water. Tips:
Heating water when frying rice can quickly dissolve the agglomerates of the rice, and the rice will not be too dry. Sugar must be put in, it is fresh.
