Soy Sauce Fried Rice

Vegetables can be selected according to your own preferences. I like to use some brightly colored ones. Peas, green beans, and corn are the three commonly used. Cut carrots into small pellets and set aside.

Let the rice cool and break it up with chopsticks.

Beat the eggs in the rice, stir thoroughly with chopsticks, all the rice particles are broken up, let the egg liquid wrap the rice. This step is the most critical step for soy sauce fried rice, so you must not omit it.

Heat up the oil pan and sauté all the vegetables until softened.

Pour in the mixed rice with egg mixture and stir-fry on high heat until the egg mixture is solidified.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Pour in a little dark soy sauce. The dark soy sauce is darker. If you want a lighter color, you can use light soy sauce instead.

Stir it thoroughly and you can get it out of the pan. The color is too attractive and the aroma is tangy. You can't stop it after a bite! I accidentally ate it!
Tips:
The rice used for fried rice should not be cooked too badly, it is best to let it cool completely overnight.
Be patient when mixing the egg liquid with the rice, break up all the rice particles, and fry them to make them more beautiful.
