When I was young, I liked bibimbap with soy sauce, a bowl of fresh white rice, mixed with lard and soy sauce, and there was no problem of gaining weight or calories at that time. There happened to be rice at home. In order to make the color even, I used the bibimbap method when I was a kid. First, mix the leftover rice with soy sauce and then stir-fry. Tips:

1 It is best to use leftover rice for rice, if fresh rice should be let cool before frying.
2 Because there are kimchi and soy sauce, the salt can be left alone. It really feels weak and add a little salt.
