Soy Sauce King Mustard Prawns

Wash the prawns and drain the water, and cut off the pointed part of the head

Soy sauce and mustard, mix well

Add oil to the pan, put the shrimp in the pan, cover and simmer for 1 minute, then add some cooking wine and stir fry. If the pan is very dry and smokey, add a little water and cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes

Simmer until the shrimps are cooked and open the lid, pour the soy sauce mustard and stir fry evenly
Tips:
Don’t fry for too long after adding the soy sauce mustard at the end, otherwise the mustard flavor will escape
