Soy Sauce King Perilla Shrimp
1.
Wash the prawns, cut off the tentacles on the head, take out the shrimp intestines with a knife on the back, and drain the water. Pick perilla leaves and slice ginger for later use. Prepare a small bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and dark soy sauce, mix well.
2.
Heat the pot, pour the oil, and burst the ginger slices. (You can add a little more oil to fry the shrimps)
3.
Pour the prawns and stir fry, fry red on both sides
4.
Add perilla leaves and stir fry.
5.
Add the cooking wine and the mixed seasonings and stir well.
Tips:
I do more at one time. The children’s shoes don’t have to do so much. The shrimps can be fried with a smaller amount. You can fry the shrimps at medium heat. The shrimp shells are crispy and edible. If you don't like the shell, you can peel off the shell before cooking. If you don’t like the perilla, you can get rid of the perilla and fried shrimp in soy sauce, which is also an excellent banquet dish.
