Soy Sauce Noodles

Cut the green pepper, onion, and fine meat into equal-sized cubes.

Pour three spoons of soy sauce and one spoon of sesame oil into a small bowl and mix well.

Put a little bit of cooking oil in the wok, not more than a spoonful, and fry the diced meat until cooked.

Add diced green peppers and fry until they are broken. Pour in another spoonful of soy sauce.

Add diced onion and half a bowl of water at the same time, and simmer.
6.
Water starch thickens, turn off the heat.
7.
Boil noodles in a boiling pot.
8.
Remove the cooked noodles, stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well
9.
Pour the diced pork with green pepper soy sauce.
Tips:
The saltiness of the soy sauce is enough, so don't add salt to these noodles.
