Soy Sauce Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the ribs and drain the water, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and grab them by hand.
2.
Add 2 bowls of water, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt and a pinch of chicken essence to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
3.
Pour the ribs.
4.
After covering and boiling, turn to medium heat and cook until the juice is collected. Then turn off the heat. Stir before turning off the heat. (I didn’t collect the dried soup, because the rice with the juice is very fragrant)
5.
It's ready to be eaten on a plate.
6.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Try not to open the lid during the cooking process. I checked the time and it was about 20 minutes. Be sure to wait for the water to boil before adding the ribs, so that the ribs can be eaten off the bones well.
