Soy Sauce Pumpkin

Peel and wash pumpkin, remove garlic coat from garlic, wash and set aside

Cut the pumpkin into dices of the same size. The smaller the pumpkin dices, the easier it is to ripen, but it is not recommended to cut too small

Put the pumpkin in a microwave oven, not overlapping, and then put a piece of garlic that has been smashed and chopped

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt

Add 1/4 spoon of chicken bouillon

Add 1.5 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce

After mixing the pumpkin and seasonings evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and use a toothpick to make a few holes in the plastic wrap

Put the container in the microwave and heat it on high heat for 5 minutes

Take out the container and carefully tear off the plastic wrap

After the pumpkin is served, sprinkle another garlic, crushed and chopped.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. Steamed fish soy sauce can be replaced with oyster sauce;
2. The heating time is adjusted according to the power of the own microwave oven.
