Soy Sauce Shrimp

Sliced ginger, sliced green onion.

Add oil to the pot, sauté ginger and green onions.

Add shrimp, salt and cooking wine and stir fry.

Stir fry until the shrimp shells turn red, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and let it sit on low heat for three minutes.
5.
Collect the juice and serve on a plate.
