Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs, tempeh, green onions, garlic, salt, light soy sauce.

After the ribs are cleaned, soak them in clean water for half an hour, changing the water every ten minutes. This is to soak the blood of the ribs as much as possible, so that the steamed ribs can be more delicious.

Remove garlic and chop it into minced garlic. Add garlic to your preference. More ribs will fragrant.

Rinse the soaked ribs again, drain the water, add minced garlic, tempeh, salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Mix well, then cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 10 minutes, so that the steamed ribs will be more delicious and fragrant.

Put water in the pot, boil, put in the ribs, steam for about 12 minutes, increase or decrease the time according to the size and amount of the ribs. You must open the water pot here, so that the steamed ribs are delicious and juicy.

Tips:
The steamed ribs are not blanched, so after washing them, soak them in water to soak out the blood.
