Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs in a pot of boiling water, blanch the bleeding foam, remove and rinse

Add ginger, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, tempeh hot sauce, soy sauce, chili oil, salt, sesame oil, white pepper, mix well and marinate for a while

Add water to a boil in a steamer, put in the ribs, and steam for about 2 hours
