It is a well-known Cantonese-style small dish of Tao. The thick tempeh sauce wraps the tender small ribs, salty and appetizing. If you are a spicy fan, you can even add three or two more millet to make the flavor thicker.

1. Cut the pork ribs into small pieces, rinse until there is no blood, soak in clean water for about 15 minutes, remove and drain the water
