Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs

Cut the pork ribs into small pieces, rinse until there is no blood, soak in clean water for about 15 minutes, remove and drain the water

Chop dried tempeh, mince ginger and garlic and put it in a small bowl, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper and mix thoroughly to make tempeh sauce
