Soy Sauce Tofu

Prepare the ingredients: Wash the tofu and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash the green onions and cut into sections for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, salt, and light soy sauce, simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

When the soup is almost dry, add the green onion and simmer for one minute.
