Soy Sauce Tofu

Tofu slices. Mince coriander. Put an appropriate amount of bean paste, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly for later use. Soak the pepper aniseed in water for later use.

Put oil in a pan, add tofu, fry until golden on both sides, pour in the seasoning and pepper aniseed water, and cook for a while.

Boil until the tofu is delicious, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with coriander.
