Soy Stewed Beans

Remove the head and tail of the oiled beans, wash them well and set aside.

Take a snap of beans and see how full the beans are. I especially love this beans. Sometimes I specialize in braised rice or fried rice with beans, which is especially delicious.

Add the right amount of oil to the wok, and saute the five-spice powder and green onions.

Add the oily beans and stir-fry until completely green. Add 1 tablespoon of homemade soybean paste and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add appropriate amount of water, add the braised pork that has been cooked before, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer over medium heat.
