Soybean Peanut Mix with Lotus Root

Soak the soybeans in cold water for 8 hours in advance.

Peanuts also need to be soaked in cold water for 8 hours.

Peel the lotus root and cut into small cubes for later use. (Forgot to take pictures~ Forgive me) Pour enough water (about 300ml) into the pot, pour soaked soybeans, peanuts, and add ginger slices.

Pour in the lotus root, boil together, turn to low heat and cook for another 20 minutes.

When the soup becomes less, add salt and chicken essence, add a little sesame oil and stir, then it can be out of the pot.
