Soybean Sprouts Mixed with Chicken Pine Oil

Wash the soybean sprouts you bought in water.

The washed soybean sprouts are blanched in a pot of boiling water and then rinsed in cold water.

Peel the garlic and chop into garlic paste, chop the chives leaves and chopped green onions.

Put the soy bean sprouts that have been rinsed and dried in a large bowl.

Add garlic chopped green onion and a tablespoon of chicken pine oil.

Add the right amount of salt and a spoonful of light soy sauce.
7.
Add a little vinegar and some spicy oil, stir well and serve.
Tips:
The seasoning mixed with soybean sprouts can be added according to personal preference.
