Sometimes I don’t know what to eat for breakfast, and I don’t bother to worry about it. Using a soymilk machine for breakfast is really time-saving and troublesome. The key is to eat healthy.

Soymilk Black Rice Porridge

1. Wash the black rice and soak overnight in advance

2. Chopped red dates and walnuts

3. Pour the black rice, black sesame, red dates, walnuts into the soymilk machine, add water to the mark

4. Choose the rice cereal button and wait for it to be delicious

5. After the soymilk machine finishes its work, open it and take a look. If it feels too runny, add some instant oatmeal in it, choose the fruit and vegetable stall and beat it once, and add sugar to taste while it’s hot. I personally like brown sugar to replenish blood.

6. Served with bread, enjoy it slowly
