Spaghetti Bolognese

Shred cucumber, cut snow peas diagonally into shreds

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the dragon fruit noodles according to the amount consumed; the anthocyanin disappears instantly, and the powdered noodles turn into a dull color, but fortunately some nutrition is still retained

Remove the noodles, remove over warm water

Tips:
The amount of flour and batter is in accordance with the recommended ratio of the noodle maker. If you want to knead the noodles by hand, you must add some batter, depending on your hand feeling.
