Spaghetti with Bacon
1.
The small half carrot is sliced first, and I cut it into a flower shape with a mold, so that it looks better
2.
Dice tomatoes, cut bacon into small pieces, and prepare cooked peas
3.
Add a little salt and about 3 grams of olive oil to the water, add the pasta after the water is boiled, cook for 8 minutes, remove the filtered water and set aside
4.
Put about 10 grams of olive oil in the pot, add bacon and carrots and stir fry
5.
Stir fry until the bacon becomes oily and discolored
6.
Add the diced tomatoes and fry for a while. Let the diced tomatoes become soft. You can also add a little bit of boiling water during the frying process to avoid excessive drying.
7.
The tomato chili sauce I used today, because my son likes the sour and slightly spicy taste
8.
Stir-fry the tomatoes in the pan until softened and add the tomato chili sauce
9.
Add the cooked pasta and peas, if the salty taste is not enough, you can add a little bit of salt
10.
Stir fry evenly, let the sauce completely cover the pasta and it can be out of the pan
Tips:
Because bacon is salty, you must put less salt.
