Spaghetti with Tomato Meat Sauce

Wash tomatoes and onions. Tomatoes can be boiled in hot water for easy peeling.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes, during which time you can taste it. The main noodles are OK if there is no hard core in the middle. Cut the side dishes while cooking the noodles.

Dice the onion and peeled tomatoes and set aside.

After the pasta is cooked, pick it up and put it in a basin filled with cold water and pass it over.

Pour oil in the pan, 50% hot now meat filling.

After the meat is fried until the color turns white, add some soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

After the meat is evenly colored, add the diced onions and fry them for a fragrant flavor.

After the onion is fragrant, add the diced tomatoes, stir-fry the tomato soup on low heat, simmer for a few minutes, and then add chicken essence. Note: No additional water is required.

Stir-fry the tomato meat sauce into a thick soup, then add the well-watered pasta, stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to season before serving.
Tips:
No complicated seasoning is needed, tomatoes, onions, and meat fillings are a delicious combination!
