Spaghetti with Tomato Meat Sauce

Prepare all the ingredients. Add some cooking wine, salt, and black pepper in advance to marinate the minced meat for 10 minutes. Chop onion and garlic and set aside.

Tips:
1. When boiling the noodles, put an appropriate amount of salt and a little olive oil after the water is boiled to prevent the noodles from sticking, and better taste.
2. To maintain the strength of the noodles, you can cook it for about 8 minutes and pick it up. It seems to be half-baked, according to your taste.
3. It is not recommended to use cold water for the cooked noodles. Mix it with a little olive oil to prevent adhesion.
