Spanish Potato Omelette

Potatoes, onions, eggs, salt, vegetable oil

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them in a bowl for later use.

Potato flakes, spread in a pan, drizzle vegetable oil, and fry them over low heat. Add onions to explode the aroma.

In process 1, add salt, pour in the beaten egg liquid and spread it out.

Both sides have to be fried golden!

Take out and cut into pieces (you can add some tomato sauce to enhance the flavor)

Spread some ketchup. It tastes better!
