Tips:
❶How to deal with tomatoes?
Cut the tomato into several pieces and scoop out the seeds and moisture from the tomato with a spoon. This will reduce the moisture of the tomato and make it more delicious. ❷ How to deal with coriander?
Shake the moisture on the coriander or use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the coriander because the coriander will be finely chopped and sprinkled on the bread so that no moisture will affect the crispness of the bread.
