Spare Ribs in Tomato Sauce

Prepare tomato sauce and rice wine, each about 30 grams.

Boil the ribs with green onion and ginger in cooking wine.

Pleurotus eryngii is cut into pieces with a hob, green onions are cut into sections and ginger is sliced.

After blanching, wash the ribs, put them in the pot with the ingredients and seasoning, add salt and soy sauce, and mix well. (My pot is more water-locked, so you don't need to add water. If you don't have this kind of pot, it is recommended to use a pressure cooker or rice cooker that does not drain water, so as to burn out this taste.

Turn to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes, open the lid in the middle and inspect.

Grind black pepper just before serving.

The delicious ribs are ready, not greasy at all, sour and sweet, very fragrant.
Tips:
Roasted pork with rice wine not only relieves greasiness, but also removes fishy and freshness. With tomato sauce, it is really delicious.
Add salt as appropriate.
