Spare Ribs in Tomato Sauce

1. Material drawing.

2. Prepare tomato sauce and rice wine, each about 30 grams.

3. Boil the ribs with green onion and ginger in cooking wine.

4. Pleurotus eryngii is cut into pieces with a hob, green onions are cut into sections and ginger is sliced.

5. After blanching, wash the ribs, put them in the pot with the ingredients and seasoning, add salt and soy sauce, and mix well. (My pot is more water-locked, so you don't need to add water.
