Spare Ribs Stewed Wide Noodles

1. Soak the wide noodles in cold water in advance.

2. Wash the ribs and put them in a pot of cold water.

3. Bring to a boil and cook for about two minutes to fully remove blood foam.

4. The blanched ribs are washed again with foam on the surface.

5. Prepare green onion, ginger and star anise.

6. Fill the pot with oil and heat, and lower the ribs.

7. Stir fry until the ribs are browned.
