Special Radish Dishes

Wash the prepared radish vegetables, why should we prepare more than 1 catty and a half? Because it will shrink in a while haha;

Boil the boiling water and remove the radish vegetables over water. Remember to rinse with cold water, or it will turn yellow;

Cut the blanched radish vegetables into small pieces, as much as possible, then wring out and set aside;
