Fried Rice with Salted Duck Egg and Carrot Vegetables

Ingredients: leftover rice, radish vegetables (washed), cooked salted duck eggs (the yolk and egg whites have been dug out).

Place the washed radish vegetables on the chopping board and chop them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut radish vegetables and leftover rice and stir fry.

Then, combine the scooped out egg yolk and egg whites and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
