As a playful foodie, I have enough snacks every time I go out. I'm as picky as me. Over time, it's hard to find delicious snacks in the supermarket, either too sweet or too oily. One day by chance, I suddenly remembered how to do something for the god horse? What to do? Flesh! Okay, beef is the first choice, so try beef jerky. I didn't want to make it for the first time and it was robbed by everyone.

Spiced Beef Jerky

1. Soak the beef for half a day to remove part of the blood

2. Soaked beef, cut into strips (also blanched and cut into strips)

3. Add the beef strips to the spice bag, seasoning, green onion, ginger, and mix well

4. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

5. Take out the marinated beef, pick out the spices, green onions, ginger, etc., and prepare for frying.

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, the oil is more than usual when cooking

7. Add the peppercorns and sauté

8. Add beef strips and stir fry

9. There will be a lot of water during the stir-frying process. Use a spoon to skim the water.

10. Add chili

11. Stir-fry until the water dries out

12. Transfer the beef strips to the roasting pan, ready to bake.

13. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for fifteen minutes, depending on the dryness of the meat strips, and bake it to the dryness you like.

Tips:

Without an oven, it can be cooked directly until dry
