Spiced Corned Egg

Put the eggs in clean water and cook, and add appropriate amount of salt to the clean water. Peel the shell after boiling the egg.

Put oil in the pot, add the chopped green onions and sauté (forgot to buy green onions, use garlic instead, use green onions is better), put an appropriate amount of water, put a teaspoon of salt, put a teaspoon of sugar, and stir.

Tips:
It is best to put the egg down with the yolk side down, or the side with no yolk to be boiled first, and then the side with the yolk to be turned over
