Spiced Corned Egg

Ingredients: Eggs and accessories: Aniseed, cinnamon, tangerine peel, bay leaves.

First wash the eggs and cook them in a pot.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs.

Then make a few even strokes on the cooked eggs to make it easier to taste.

Boil the marinade: add water to the pot, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, aniseed, cinnamon, tangerine peel, and bay leaves.

After boiling, simmer for 10 minutes.

Soak in the original juice for more than 2 hours.
