Spiced Corned Egg
1.
After the eggs are washed and cooked, peel them and set aside.
2.
I prepared the marinated bag, rock sugar, light soy sauce, and salt. I also added some star anise and bay leaves, or not.
3.
Peel the egg with a toothpick to pierce the hole (convenient to taste), add the seasoning, cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, soak for about half an hour and then cook for 20 minutes. I usually marinate it at night, and then put it in the refrigerator to soak overnight. The next day, breakfast will be very tasty.
4.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. Use toothpicks to pierce eggs more easily.
2. Cook for 20 minutes, soak for a while and cook again for quick taste.
3. Put it in the refrigerator to soak, the protein will be more Q-bomb.
4. Because I have to marinate almost once a week, I keep the old marinated soup every time I finish marinating. Next time I add a package of marinated materials and a little seasoning to make the taste more fragrant!
5. You can also put some meat and braised together at the same time, I often put a piece of pork belly in it, and you can eat braised pork rice at night!
